FAIS License Assist Service

Our FAIS License Assist Service is applicable to all:

Cat I; Cat II, CAT IIA & Cat IV Financial Services regulatory license applications.

Description

After a sharp increase in requests for FAIS License Applications Compli-Serve SA has launched our FAIS License Assist Service.

Applicants can sit with Compli-Serve personnel for a consultation and go through their license application.

Deliverables:

• Assess license submission criteria
• Do necessary reference checks
• Give guidance on Fit & Proper requirements
• Submit and follow through will SAQA submissions
• Submit and follow through on submission made to the Council for Medical Schemes
• Provide applicant with application forms and templates
• Provide guidance to applicant on license application form and necessary attachments
• Complete application form
• Submit to the Financial Services Board
• Liaise with FAIS registration department on behalf of clients
• Provide ongoing feedback until license approved
• Email and telephonic consultation with the applicant

Compli-Serve offers no guarantee as to whether an application will be ultimately successful or not.

Charges are based on the nature and complexity of the license application. In most cases, Compli-Serve will give a fixed quotation to the client.

Service is subject to terms and conditions to be signed by applicant.

Very important note:

Compli-Serve will only undertake the task of processing/submitting the license application if our company is appointed as the FSP’s FAIS compliance officer.
